Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a market vendor for our upcoming 15th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, August 24th!

We are anticipating a very good turnout for this event, and are looking forward to partnering with you to bring wonderful, unique products and produce to our local community! Please note, that for this event, we are looking exclusively for local artisans & hand-made crafters, as well as local farmers who can bring their produce and farm goods.

Please fill out the Market Vendor Application below and someone will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm your booth spot!

A few reminders:

  • Event Date/Time: Saturday, August 24th from 2pm-5pm
  • Cost for Approved Vendors is $50, which includes a 12 x 12 booth space and 2 event entrance tickets for yourself and another booth companion (worth $20).
  • Booth fee due upon application approval. Payment can be made online or, with prior arrangements, via check or cash hand-delivered  or mailed to the farm.
  • Only handmade, artisan, and local farm produce will be permitted.
  • Vendors asked to be ready with booth set up at 1:30 pm on the day of the event, and to not begin take-down until the event has ended at 5:00pm.
  • All vendor tables must be covered and booths must be neat in appearance. Dealers will be responsible for their own sales, and collecting and reporting of sales tax.
  • No smoking permitted on Alegre Farm grounds. This is for the comfort of our attendees as well as surrounding vendors. Thank you.
  • Vendors must stay within designated space. Exceeding outside of space will constitute in an additional booth fee, and only with prior approval.
  • We love our furry friends, but for their safety, no outside pets are allowed.
  • This is a rain or shine event (except for thunderstorms). Please check darksky.net to check the weather. In the case of thunderstorms, event date will be changed to Sunday, August 25th, 2-5pm.
