Take a family field trip to our farm.
Looking for some fun to do with your entire family? Bring them to Alegre Farm!
Your private family fun hour (one and one-half hours) includes some one-on-one time here at the farm. Inside the petting zoo, you will feed our donkeys, goats, sheep, as well as our ponies Ice and Daisy. You might even get the opportunity to hold a chicken and collect eggs!
After, enjoy a tractor ride around the farm, and pony rides for the kids up to the age of 10 years old.
Family Fun hours are scheduled Tuesday, and Thursday starting as early as 10:00 am. It’s a great way to spend time with those you love. Contact us today to set up a time. Call 770-339-3065 for more information

Book a Field Trip
The number of children and adult chaperones determines the cost of your event (siblings under 2 years of age are free.) Determine how you will pay for your field trip before your arrival at the farm. If you are paying by school credit card*, you will need to go into our reservation system or call us with your payment BEFORE you arrive. If you are paying by school check, (made payable to Alegre Farm) you can bring it with you on the day of the field trip. You will receive your receipt once your payment is processed.
*Credit card payments are subject to a 4.5% service fee. We accept Venmo and Zelle payments to avoid these fees.
**Please note that a $50.00 non-refundable booking fee is required however, it will be applied to your group total if the field trip is not canceled.
How to Book Your Field Trip
- Please contact Alegre Farm to the book your field trip. We host field trips on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Available times are 10:00, 11:30, and 4:00.
- ** Please note: Our 4:00 pm Field Trip times are somewhat flexible. If you would like to inquire about reserving a time other than our standard availability, please call 770-339-3065, extension 4 for more information.
