Dirty fingers create engaged minds and at Alegre Farm Camps, little farmers learn how to care for farm animals, prepare food fresh from the garden and give a horse a bath!
Join us for fun-filled learning where kids experience life on a real working farm! Campers gain self-confidence, learn to work as a team, and learn to care for animals and the environment all while having an unforgettable, good time. Each camp session has a different theme, but all have common program goals: Challenging ourselves, learning to work in a community, experiencing simple living and connecting with nature.

Come enjoy the day off of school and learn with us at Alegre Farm!
Farm Camp is specifically developed for kids wanting to experience life on the farm. Campers will learn through hands-on lessons in our gardens and with our farm animals. . Come spend the day at Alegre farm! Parents are able to drop off their children (ages 6 and 12) for the day.
Campers will learn all about animal respect and safety and will see what living on a farm is really like.

Alegre Farm Day Camp is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about life on the farm. Campers will learn about composting, gardening, and animal care through farm chore activities in our gardens and with our animals.
During this camp, we will feed and care for all our animals. Campers will help collect fresh eggs and learn how to take care of the chickens. We will groom, ride, and even bathe our ponies. We will learn about goat care through feeding, and grooming, along with a goat milking demo. Campers will tend to and harvest items from our garden*. We will also take nature walks, create some animal arts and crafts, and do many more fun activities.
