Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
When submitting a contact form your name, phone number, and answers to questions asked are kept for customer service purposes. Information submitted is not used for marketing purposes like newsletters etc. When personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form, we receive and store any information you enter on our Site.
Newsletters
When signing up for our newsletter your name and email are stored by Mailchimp to allow us to send you our newsletter. We also use cookies to track open rates and what links you click on our newsletter to provide us with analytics. These analytics help us to provide better content and services and at no time are shared with anyone else. You have the option to opt out of these analytics by changing your preferences at the bottom of any newsletter, by clicking the opt-out button when you sign up, or by requesting it via email to support@alegrefarm.com.
Payments and billing information
When signing up for any of our Services, products, or programs, we use third-party services to process orders and payments. We request additional personal and payment information such as your name, credit card information, PayPal or relevant service, billing address, or other information including but not limited to certificates, tax declarations, forms, payment documents and other relevant documents. The third-party services we use for these processes are Peek and Eventbrite.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
